These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 80's Heaven website, online radio station, live streams, audio content, chat facilities, competitions, promotions and any other services made available through our website or associated platforms (together, the "Services").

80's Heaven and 80S HEAVEN LTD do not claim ownership of music merely because it is played or featured on our station.

Where appropriate, music and broadcast rights are operated under applicable licences, permissions or arrangements. The existence of such rights does not grant you permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the music or other copyrighted material.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and materials created or commissioned by 80S HEAVEN LTD, including the 80's Heaven name, logos, branding, graphics, website design, original written content, promotional materials and original audio/video content, are owned by or licensed to 80S HEAVEN LTD.

You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• copy substantial parts of the website;
• reproduce our branding or logos;
• modify or create derivative works from our original content;
• use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation;
• commercially exploit our content; or

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Where specific competition terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific competition terms will take precedence for that competition.

Unless otherwise stated:

• entrants must provide accurate information;
• prizes are subject to availability;
• prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless stated otherwise;
• we reserve the right to disqualify entries that breach the applicable rules; and
• we may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary.

80's Heaven may display advertisements, sponsorship messages, promotional material or commercial content on the website, within broadcasts or through associated platforms.

The presence of advertising does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of the advertised business, product or service.
